Ranks
- Simple-Level Threat - Criminals, thieves
- Adversive-Level Threat - Serial killers, murderers
- City-Level Threat - People with special abilities
- Region-Level Threat - Abilitied people with armies of other abilitied people
- Nation-Level Threat - Parasites, speedsters
- Embodiment-Level Threat - Embodiments of sin or virtue
- Global-Level Threat - Reserved for Stalker-like monsters.
